There has been an ongoing discussion at the office about eating healthier. I am not a fan of healthy eating, but my age, weight and numbers are once again sounding a warning alarm.
Let us not forget my last "diet."
My 15-year-old son, Joshua, is interning at the paper and he is a unhealthy foodie like his father, but has resolved to help us both. Gotta love a support group.
In his quest to find "healthy" fast food for us, he has taken to the Internet for research... here are a few of his findings.
Our discussion started at Chick Fil A, where there was a rumor going around that most of their meals were less than 400 calories.
