Irritations and lack of sleep

The readers of my blog know that we have faced some technical difficulties on the newspaper website as of late. These problems are at our web provider and not in any of our local computers. Hopefully the problems will be resolved soon... I have been going back and forth with them for the better part of three days.

If you watch KTBS in the mornings, you saw Minden Press-Herald Josh Beavers and myself (along with some other employees) on TV. I got up at 4:15 this morning to be at the Press-Herald before 5 a.m.

People know I am not a morning person, but I was wide awake 20 minutes before the alarm went off. I had a cup of coffee and am now milking a Vault energy drink. I know a caffeine crash is coming, but I am try to keep it at bay as long as possible.

I want to personally congratulate Miss Louisiana Jamie Wilson. She did Minden and all of us proud.

That's about all from this end of cyberspace. Hopefully the website wont go down any more.

We have been fighting some technical difficulties, thanks to some spammers, etc. In an effort to help curtail some of the traffic and other things over there, I have moved my blog here. I will still try to post each day and keep everyone up to date.
